Hello, fellow penguineers!

Having been a longtime user of CCP_Snorlax's wonderful EVE Launcher on my Arch system, I thought it was about time to completely nuke and rewrite our horrible and outdated wiki article on Linux setup with a basic (and somewhat more-focused ^^;) outline of the process along with a simple custom launcher shortcut to make things more user-friendly.

So after a couple of hours work and the help of a fellow E-Uni member, here we have it:
