Can Alpha characters file bug reports?

I tried to file a bug report for my alpha character, the one you see the avatar of now. I was a bit miffed when after hitting the submit button for the carefully explained problem I was having and which seemed like a bug to me, wasn't sent. So, can alphas' submit bug reports? Also, the bug report wouldn't successfully upload my screen shot of the problem I am having in a Career Agent mission and where the actual potential bug exists that I was trying to submit a bug report about. Ideas?

Off the top of my head, no. I'm not aware of any limitation that would prevent Alphas from submitting bug reports - other than a temporary glitch?

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

Hello,

I suggest you submit a Support Ticket, politely explain in detail the issues that you're having in-game and include a link to the screen shot. Also inform them of the issue with trying to file a bug report.
