move market quickbar to new pc?

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right sub forum to go to but I'll start it here. I recently built a new PC and need to move my multiple market quikcbar lists from my old pc to my new pc. I was wondering how I go about doing that. I believe I found where the quickbar list files are saved on my old pc just need to know what to do with it. Thanks!
