I have played a lot of MMO games over the years and I have always been on and off EVE. The first time I encounterd a problem with my account there was help almost instantly, the first problem with logging in I see in this game "today" the problem gotten solved with in a hour. I have just got to say that I think the quality of service the devs and gms deliver here is top quality and would like to say well done on my part to you.

It's sad that a lot of people don't understand that. Well, they might have at one point (or still do), but they get used to what they get used to. An unscheduled delay sparks rage greater in Eve than anywhere else.

Nexon, Ndoors, ijji are prime examples of makeing you wait 3+ MONTHS for a reply on there ticket system lol try getting something solved with that speed of assistance
