Voice and Text Chat for Corporations

For Corporation communication I know we have the Eve chat system. What I would like is a 3rd party program that allows text/voice chat for Corp Members as well as an app for the phone so chat with Corp can still occur when not logged on to Eve. Skype is an option but I was hoping there may be something better the Eve Community is using. The text part is easy, it's the group voice chat part so Corp members can come and go from the conversation I think is important. What is available out there?

Most corporations use TeamSpeak or Mumble for voice comms. Eve forums and chat will be getting an overhaul this summer. The chat client is rumored to be available outside the client - even if the server is down. Expect CCP to have more to say about this at Fanfest.

This man preaches the truth.

Screw teamspeak and mumble.

15 dudes anywhere talking at once is **** , that's not strictly speaking a problem with discord though.
Mumble and teamspeak are both tragic if ye have no comms discipline.

I've actually had a better experience with TS3 than Discord.

not talking at the same time but normal usage.

GalMil has discord, but during major ops we still use TS3 (we also use mumble, but the owner is in hiatus right now).
