Looking for a character with the following:

All T2 COMBAT links (no need for mining) with Specialist Level V.
Wing Command to at least Level IV

Maxxed boosting from Tengu and Proteus

A bonus, but not really necessary: Command Ships Level V for at least one armor and 1 shield bonus race.

Combat orientated skills not really necessary (missiles/guns/drones)
