Skirmish Command Burst Effect... On Drones? (Statistics included)

The Applied Effects of a Rapid Deployment Charge in a Skirmish Command Node nebulously states:

'AB/MWD module speed increase bonus XX%'

Has anyone found any further documentation, or done any testing, to determine if this affects drones as well?

EDIT: I am curious about all drone types, though it should be noted this is unlikely to have an effect on mining or salvage drones since these drone types do not have AB/MWD. (source: http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Drones) However, there are cases where mods still affect drones, despite the erroneous description (e.g. Drone Navigational Computers, source: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=6712518)

EDIT2: A ran some stats and found that this module does not affect mining drones (see below).

EDIT3: Yes, I am aware CCP states drones are unaffected by Command Burst Mods (Source: https://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/mining-foreman-revolution/) however, I was more curious about how this specific module does not actually do what it says it does; the description implies all AB/MWD in the area receive benefit.

no clues op....

checked on pyfa and skirmish bonus doesn't apply on drones... but... can't say if in game it does..

Whelp, the statistician in me couldn't let this go: I ran samples with the modules active and not active.

Results indicate that mining drones are most likely not affected by Skirmish Command Burst.

Here's how I tested:
- Parked my rig 35km from a roid.
- Sent a drone to mine.
- Started the timer once the droid passed the 10km mark.
- Returned to orbit at the 30km mark.
- Stopped timer at the 10km mark.
- Repeated 10 times for both scenarios (active/inactive).

Mean (Inactive): 55.31s
SD: 0.48s

Mean (Active): 55.36s
SD: 0.82s

From these results, there is a strong likelihood that the module maintains no effect on mining drones.

For comparisons sake, just to make sure changes were live-updating, I deactivated my drone nav computer, which resulted in an increased average time to about 1m 9s (as expected).
