1) Depends upon which kind of lock you are picking.
2) I never mentioned where the lubrication is sourced

True, if not necessarily to the level of "orgy." ... gods, I wish it weren't true at all, but, power dynamics and abuse of same being what they are.... It's probably a little rarer than you're imagining, though (or else I'm really naive): it's the sort of thing that might cause trouble for the Holder if it got out.

Unless they could pass it off as ... a breeding program.

Sometimes this society makes me cringe.

There's a recent example of a Holder freeing (or "freeing") and marrying a favored slave, if any of you remember Lady R'kard, aka "Goldfinch."

To the first, I think we've had only two actually indignant Amarrians. Most are just verbally rolling their eyes.

To the second, uh, what Jev said. Some things are best kept private.
