Opening fitting windows cause majoy fps lag

So upon opening the fittings windows , today it causes massive fsp degrade from 144fps to 4 fps and the client locks to not reponding , anyone else have this issue?

Have you tried clearing cache? If you haven't done so in a long while, it will tend to cause UI elements and windows, such as openning and closing them, to lag a lot for seemingly little to no reason.
