Purchased the new Industrialist Package (Amarr).
Moved the item into my hanger. I can see it appear in my hanger inventory.

How do I equip it? Drag and drop step? Thanks!

Station services panel. Customize. It will be in the section with the rest of the coats. Should have a blue background.

Just make sure it is located in your item hangar, not in another container or somewhere else. Use for customization is only possible if it's in your item hangar.
