Wormhole space.

Hello,

I was exploring the wormhole space and I did bookmark the exit. But when I was inside the server shutdown and when I've got back in the exit collapse. Now I'm stuck in here. I have core scanner probes but there is nothing on the Probe Scanner.
The system is completely dead.

There's an option in Esc menu - Reset Settings tab - clear all cache files. That will require doing a relog which usually helps to clean up little annoying bugs.

After relog, if the issue is still present, take a screen shot and submit a bug report with a full explanation of the events leading up to the issue.

Be aware that after DT you have to wait for ~5/10 minutes for any sigs & anoms to appear in W space.

You can also self destruct it will bring you back to known space.

Yeah, I would have sat there and done that, too. It's a good thing someone mentioned clearing the cache. I've never been in that situation, where there are NO exits. That would totally **** me off, because it's not supposed to be possible.

From a multi-boxer who lost a whole damned fleet in a worm hole due to, well, stupidity is such a strong word, but anyways I would think it best not to even enter a WH until DT has come and gone.
