Hmm. I think I've seen that piece somewhere sometime. The picture doesn't do it justice.

So you might know who stole it?

I, too, have seen someone defecate onto a plate and call it art.

Saying such a thing is just... rude and disgusting.

Commander Kim, it was not stolen, it just happens to be so that the painting of the tundra is hard to make out against the background of a white wall.
There's some discussion in artistic circles about whether it is better to have bright or dark walls in museums. I haven't made up my mind yet.

I saw the tundra and have quite healthy eyesight, acceptable for a sniper, you can't fool me. I can distinguish snow from the wall. The painting has been stolen.

So, I guess I'm the only one who fell for it. Or has anyone else fruitlessly spend time looking for this gallery?

You could make it an interactive piece....

Eh! Finally someone who might appreciate my piece of art, "Tundra" from my visit on to an ice planet.

An artist brings his new painting to the publisher. He opens the offered sheet and finds that it is empty:
"What is this?.."
"It is my new painting, 'Cows on fields in YC200'"
"But I don't see any fields here!"
"Of course! It is YC200 already, cows ate all the grass!"
"Fiiiine. And where are these cows then?"
"Oh, tell me, dear, if you were a cow, would you stay here if there were no more grass?.."
