Update the PVE Interface and more escalations plz

Would be nice to have a window that lets me manage Mission Agents, Incursions, expeditions all in one stream lined interface. I am aware you can find all of this in game already but its spread out over various screens. If it could all be condensed in one that would be great. Example : PVE Window with tabs for all pve activities. Again i know they exist but put them all in one place please.

Also it would be nice to increase the number of expeditions you can get from running high sec anomalies. I'm not talking about increasing the number of ones that have officer spawns. I mean something more akin to when a story line agent sends you a message after you've completed several missions from an agent. Example : After running a few anomalies I get a mail from an agent saying they've taken notice of my work and have a job for me. This would break up the redundancy of clearing anoms and could be applied to low/null sec as well. Would be similar to escalations but without officer spawns instead they pay with lp as a reward instead. These could even be the regular missions from agents. Point is to break up the grind of running the same anoms over and over. Again i'm aware that is what escalations are for but they don't happen often enough as i can run literally 30 anoms and still not get one.

Its not about isk its about having more to do while i'm traveling around blowing up rats. Isk wise i'm already eve rich or at least rich enough to do what I want when I want. its more about having something fun to do when others aren't on to fleet up with and lets my imagination take hold and adds to the immersion that I originally felt when I first started playing and thought that grinding standings with a npc empire/corp actually meant something and was rewarding.

I think you're thinking about your journal as the one screen that handles all of your PvE, and no to highsec anomaly escalations. You should have to head into lowsec and null to make big ISK running combat sites.

That logic didn't stop ccp with hs incursions

Incursions require a fleet to deal with, you're comparing two totally different scenarios bud

Not at all they are both situations that let you make more than you should with hs pve

Needing a fleet or not is irrelevant

Your posts are irrelevant, what does that have to do with anything? Are you here about the PvE interface or to complain about something?

Was talking about your comment that you should have to be in low or null to make that kind of isk in combat sites

In that case yeah, don't change escalations in high sec to keep low and null combat sites lucrative. This is a totally separate discussion than incursions or how you feel CCP is changing high sec PvE

CCP disagrees. Incursions make more than L4s because they require group cooperation and organization, and expose you to more risk than L4s. CCP have indicated that they want end-game PvE in various areas of the game to be more group focused rather than solo focused. This is their intent with Null as well going forward.

You're looking for the Journal. Seriously, everything PvE related all in one place. If you're complaining about the tabs then... what? Why?

First off, escalations and anoms have Deadspace spawns, not Officer ones.

Second, not a fan of the idea of random missions without climbing up the mission chains and grinding standings with a corp.

Also grinding standings with various corps is useful, it just may not be for you for every corp.

PVE interface - We've got the journal. It does seem like it could use a bit of a facelift. Missions are only partially incorporated into it, and anomalies not at all. I do like the idea of just one place where I could go "hmm, what do I want to do today? Let's look at the journal, see what's available right now" rather than "what do I want to do today? I dunno, but I could pop open a different game and have some action right this instant. I wonder if anything interesting is happening on facebook or the forums."

Escalations - as part of having more stuff to do in game, sure I could get behind it, as long as there are some appropriate difficulty/reward balances. Rename it and rebrand it because most feedback in this subforum is kneejerk rather than thought out. Make it a sort of procedural epic arc, if you will. If it had procedural triggers (so, e.g. a lvl 4 mission could trigger an escalation that is basically a series of lvl 4 encounters with similar difficulty and payout) it should maintain the appropriate balance. We don't want a highsec combat site rewarding complex mods. But more opportunities for adventure are definitely needed, even if the reward level isn't spectacular. And encouraging additional travel is also increasing opportunities for interesting things to happen. I think an update of the escalation system would be a good way to include additional opportunities for adventure for everyone. So a conditional +1 to this if it was done right.
