looks someone has mistyped the link for YC-119-2_1.0_Types.zip file at eve developer resources page
Link points to YC-119-1_2.0_Types.zip instead of YC-119-2_1.0_Types.zip

The correct file (YC-119-2_1.0_Types.zip) is downloadable but you have to change the download link manually.
