Is the bug report system broken atm?

I tried to submit a bug report from in-game with a picture and it gave me some error (i think it was about the screenshot) and sent me to the bug report webpage.

I then made the bug report via the webpage but when i was uploading the picture (screenshot i made manually) it went uploading->processing->upload failed, so i submitted it without the picture.

Neither bug report is showing up on the my bugs page. Is there something wrong or does it just hate me?

Was the file size of the image maybe too big to be uploaded?

Only 1.31MB and the limit is something like 15MB.

EDIT: Tried it again and it works fine today.
