Would time stamps, or right click-get time stamp, be a doable or desirable thing?

I am thinking along the lines of being able to see when that "ship tackled in x system" comment was made?

-or am I a toolbag and it's already a thing?

Click on the gear wheel in the top left corner of a chat window and then on Show Timestamp.
