Regarding nullsec renting

I became curious about renting a system... (I'm not talking about an office in high sec btw.) I know things will affect the price of the system per month, IE is it dead end? Is there an ice belt? Is there a station? Ect...

After picking the brains of people in various alliance I have been getting some rather mixed numbers... I have heard everything from 2 billion a month to some outrageous numbers like 500 bill a month. (obvious troll is obvious with the outrageous numbers)

So out of curiosity question 1. What is the average price for a dead end system? Lets say between -0.1 >> -0.4 no ice belt no station...

That system would be kind of poopie in most books


Out of curiosity question 2. What is the average price for something better? Lets say below -0.4 dead end with an ice belt nice and far from auto path.

And lets ask what would the ideal system go for? Nice big fat ice belt, uber dead with station and -0.8 or something rly pretty?

(A station has never been a concern of mine because we have these things call citadels and posses.)

My ideal system would some super backwoods nice and quiet dead end out in the ass end of some good sized alliance (ice would be nice not not needed) And maybe two or three other rent-able systems so in case someone does something stupid and gets us campedStraight

So I would like some feedback on this please... Also lets try and keep the forum pvp to a dull roar (knowing these forums there will be some Roll)

Any station system used to be a minimum of 5bil isk a month. The more stuff you have in it the higher the price beyond that. A regular non station system used to be 1.5bil with nothing in it. And any decent station system should be 10bil+ or so.

Now this was just from what Ive gathered about it from years ago. I havent checked lately but go to the buy and sell forums and snoop around often alliances that DO rent still will have google docs for systems and prices available.

Have you heard anything I've said?

Normally you get chance to use any statiuon near you rented system. I suggest you check the ICON - integritas constans and Dot Dot Dot Alliances, first is renter part of FCON in immensea, and the second is the renter branch of triunvirate. I am currently renting two systems, but not dead end, because have not the things i need. You can get somethig decent as 3b monthly. Between my two systems with station i am paying around 8b a month.

Integritas constans is very recommeded if you need service of jump freighter , war and market. In Dot Dot Dot you get serpentis space in fountain with no much market near, normally empty and a channel of ppl who can freighter.

All character bazaar done. Finally 39 pilot and 3 can be killed later. This account will be used only for forum interaction, fly safe.
