How to use ISK in Eve open discussion

Spending ISK is salt of EVE. I think there is currently too thin selection how to use ISK. I think bounty system is one of the best ways to spend ISK. Gambling was removed and it is hard to make open capsuleer stations profitable with current fuel consumption and with current thin service selection.

This is open discussion for new ideas how to use ISK in EVE. Propose something in your mind and give it for open discussion.

Generally I exchange my ISK for goods or services.

What an ISK is used for is less important than the number of times it changes hands. This is called the velocity of money and is an indicator of a healthy economy. CCP Quant provides this metric in his monthly economic updates and Eve players are spending. In fact, velocity spiked after gambling was banned
