ONE BILLION ISK REWARD FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE SOURCING OF A FUNCTIONAL KYONOKE SPECK SAMPLE.


Twenty Five billion ISK reward for delivery of any infected subject who meets a criteria of 80 IU/mL or greater; OR any pure contained sample of a minimum of 10^7 molecules. Multiple samples may be accepted and reward budget can be expanded dependent on circumstances and future availability of speck samples. Containment of speck is not perquisite to purchase but is advised for seller’s safety.

Kyonoke Speck must be able to reproduce four minutes after delivery or reward may be forfeit.


Containment method must not have a volume of greater than 8850 m3 or mass over 120000t on delivery. All correspondence regarding information or delivery will be via private message and replies to this thread will be considered unsuitable to pursue by default. Any correspondence to or from any other point of contact than myself regarding this transaction is invalid and should be considered a potential threat to the Seller.

I would recommend re-negotiating the deal with whoever' auxiliary branch you play in this act because either you or he/she does not understand the scale and potential of the asset in place.

Twenty-five billion is either way too much or way too little. As the supply seems to be spiking at the moment I am inclined to think the former.

Supply itself does not affect the price. Means of transportation and containment also play a vital if not crucial part in the formula.

In other words, someone could drag some luckless infected person from Dodixie to Amarr by Interbus budget mass-passenger transport, stopping in every station along the way, and you'd have no complaints.

Considering how unreliable attempts to contain the stuff have been in the past, it seems likely that having naive and greedy people spread the infection trying to collect is exactly what you're aiming for. If someone actually tries to bring you a sample, you'll probably just disappear without paying anybody: objective achieved, no need to spend several billion ISK.

Provided that this delivery can also accommodate up to ninety six kilograms of additional mass and an outgoing signal then this is an acceptable method.

Failure of said signal to reach beyond the bounds of quarantine or failure to infect this or another host will mean a forfeiture of reward.
