Ship/SKIN preview window panning

In general gameplay, left-click by default rotates, while right-click pans the screen.

It would be great if it worked this way in ship/SKIN preview as well. While not an issue with smaller ships and/or those with a squarer profile, longer ships (i.e. most battleships, all titans, etc) are different. As you rotate, you're forced to be very up close and personal with the front/rear of the ship when zoomed in; you really can't see the side of the ship at either end up close - just barely, from a distorted angle.

So, I think it'd be great if the ship/SKIN preview window worked like broader gameplay.

P.S.: how embarrassed do you think I'll be if I find out this has been a feature all along?

Just buy the SKIN - then you can view it any way you want. Problem solved. Big smile

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.
