Overpriced in comparison to the current trend of extracting characters for profit, then yes. This is not a character you want to extract however.

Ill break it down for you though.

If you were to just inject a pilot up to these skills it would cost you around 58B.
58-35 = 23B savings!!!!

Lets look at it another way. If you were to inject a spec IV rorq pilot. That is a pilot without any defensive capabilities, just pretty much can sit in the hull and use excavator drones. It would cost you 24B. That is a 11B discrepancy. To max the yield of the rorq you would need 80 day of training time. If you were to pull 200m and hour and mined only like 2.5hrs a day, it would pay for itself in 22 days.

Anyways, it really doesn't matter either way, your valuation of the character does not count, since your not buying it. The person who comes along and realizes the amount of isk these chars can pull in knows that value of the character.

I know exactly what you're talking about op. I went through this same argument with my max skilled command pilot a long while back. Would cost substantially more to make me than buy me, but people would only give salvage value. Never sold, which is good because I ended up extracting all his points and converted an alt into a rorq pilot. You'd be better off extracting the sp yourself and selling or using on an alt. Sad but true. I'd buy you if I had the isk though...
