Closest thing to deep safes now

I've been reading today that they changed deep safes years ago (i was inactive for a while). So my question is, is it still possible to have a safe that is the 14+AU away from a celestial body to avoid dscan? If so, what's the preferred method? It looks like they got rid of the easy methods.

I warp from the 2 farthest things i can find, I look at the system map if i have time. CTL B
Sometimes take a couple of tries, better to have a few saes you can warp around in. I hae long range tacticals at most stargates in areas i go to.

Incursion safes are great, about as good as you can get but sadly they don't come to all systems.

yes so long as you can get to such a location warping using existing celestials. because of this some systems can not get the 14.4 au needed
