Questions About Planets:

1. If a person reaches the maximum Planet bases,6 I think, then can that person make a new base/command centre elsewhere? Can the person deconstruct/remove a base(Command Centre) on a planet?

2. Can enemies blow up, orbital bombard a player made base on planets?

3. Can we make ships, have shipyards, and other like manufacturing facilities on more tolerable Planets i.e. Temperate/Ice/Barren?

No, once you reach max planets you have to abandon a colony. Basically you can delete one of your other planets if you wanna make a new one. But you cant have more than what your skills allow.

No you can't blow up planet colonys as far as I know. Orbital bombardment is for dust 514 am fps game they shut down in March that was supposed to tie in to eve with eventually being able to board capital ships and stations and such with Mercs but they messed it up and have up.

No you make commodities on planets which are used to make other items.
You start with p0 with is stuff like gas or "aqueous liquids" and you make that into p1 "water" and then you can put different p1s together to make p2 items like rocket fuel or superconductors and then you can put l
P2s together into p3 and p3 into p4. Each level is worth more than the last. P1 might be 500isk for a single unit and you only need one planet.
A p4 Can be over a million a unit iirc but you need multiple planets to gather and build them.
You don't use planets to build ships or blueprints like you do in the industry tab.
