far from perfect shield skills not maxed, armor skills almost nonexistent, HAC 3, armor/shield/drone/hybrid rigging not maxed crap nav skills and drone skills are just barely passable for gallente t2 drones. It's a decent ishtar pilot but not "perfect" that being said i'd offer 6.5B

Lol I absolutely hate people like you on these seller forums and they really should ban your type of people. "Trash a toon to lower the value" offering 6.5b for a 13.5m sp toon lmfao. do you brain dead idiots forget that prices are based on injectors? And 1.2m sp after 5m is 1.9b isk. There is some depreciation of the cost due to selling it, unless you find a buyer who wants that toon exactly for the isk invested which is rare. You're offering 6.5b for 13.5m sp lol... maybe a 8m sp toon your way off.
