Anonymous Structure Deployment

New drop-down menu option when deploying structure, 'deploy under proxy,' will alter corp ticker and deploying pilot info to that of a member of Upwell Consortium. Killmails for structures under proxy will also switch to an Upwell Consortium agent, not the original deploying pilot or corporation.

The price of anonymity comes at a premium; 65-100% of the structure's market price (mobile depots to citadels).

The ISK sunk into this system could either be removed from game or rolled into a monthly npc raffle; Upwell Consortium lp store offering raffle tickets for mission loyalty points.

I have a lot of questions and I'm getting red flags here.

First off, this breaks war decs! How do you tell which corp owns a citadel when its listed under some proxy NPC? For a one time payment a corp's structure is listed as someone else? That seems too powerful.

Also, it looks to me like you are proposing a system that has a strong potential to bleed wealth from opsec minded wormholers and null blocks into the hands of high sec missionbears via a CCP controlled lottery. I don't think CCP wants to touch gambling with the 514 foot pole.

Structures need to be owned by players - not NPCs. If you want a degree of anonymity, setup a holding corp for the assets.

I think a scenario where the owner of a structure was able to contract management of the structure to another corporation would provide interesting gameplay. I can see successful management corps establishing "brands" that attract players to patronize the structures they manage regardless of who owns them.

So, who do you wardec - owner or manager? I'll vote owner but could easily be persuaded to change my mind!
