1. Can I anchor a citadel within 1000 Kms of an anchored Bubble?

2. At the end of the anchoring period (24 hours), the Citadel goes though a Repair cycle to regen the Armor and Shield, can you dock during this period and add defensive modules to the Citadel.

3. Does it take time to online defensive modules - I'm wondering if someone tries to take it down the moment it onlines, can you arm the Citadel and use it to assist the defense?

2) You can dock, but cannot install modules because the structure is considered damaged.

3) No time to online, other than the 15 minutes for the initial repair as above.
