Selling Characters from Alpha Accounts

Hi there,

With the introduction of the new Alpha Clones all accounts are now always active (unless banned ect)
With that being said is it possible to transfer characters from an account under alpha status.

I ask because it seems the rules and the requirements are out of date.

No such thing as "Trial Accounts" and all accounts are playable.

Reference:

"The character for sale must be from an active account, you cannot trade characters from/to inactive accounts."
"Characters on trial accounts or not older than 14 days may not be sold or transferred to other accounts."

Thanks

Think you have to sub to transfer. Pretty sure.

There's nothing that I can find in the restrictions on either Alpha accounts, Character Transfers, or the Character Bazaar that prevents you from trading Alpha Account characters. You would need to pay the normal fee in PLEX though.

That was my understanding. It allows me to access the transfer page but I haven't taken the next step.
Just looking for CCP confirmation if anyone has come across documentation or an ISD wishes to confirm. Lol
