So since this is a game but some parts of real life seem to come back (like bonds markets)
Do stuff like futures markets, over the counter markets, and derivatives like put and call options come back at all?

Contracts like "At date x location y i'd like to have z delivered for price ð"
(Morbid curiosity, nothing else, since i'm currently following a course at uni where this stuff passes by might as well find a fake real life application :þ)

The EvE market differes to RL in at least two important points. There is no inbuilt dept, you can't go negative in your wallet or sell goods you don't possess. The second is, that there are very limited punishing options, if somebody does not comply to an out-of-game agreement.

Yup. Debt-based economy is predicated on a method of enforcement. More importantly, and effective method of enforcement. When someone can just dock up until you get bored, well, there's no lever.
