I've been searching and looking for a good while, but can't find any information on the matter.

In a devblog from 2014, it states as a "main functionality" of the new reprocessing mechanic:

Ability to change the output destination of reprocessing (hangar, corporation hangar or a container within those)
Where is this function?
If it never made it into the game, why did noone talk about it afterwards?
