Does anyone know whether the Free Multi Character Training that CCP is offering now on multi month subscriptions applies if you subscribe via Steam?

Alrighty, CCP just told me that you cant take advantage of that offer via Steam directly but you can log in to our account site using your steam account login and then you can buy it there.
