Level 5 mission, Prison Break still bugged?

Just want to hear if the level 5 missionPrison Break got fixed. Anyone here that can confirm if its fixed or not?
I can see its been reported a few times since 2011 and last time in 2014, cant see if there has been a fix for it.

Based on what I just read, I'd pass on this mission... If this bug has been outstanding since 2011 I think that speaks volumes (CCP is eitehr unable or unwilling to fix it).

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

My thoughts also. Dont want to risk the penalty on not being able to complete it
