Can't warp to NPC for mission

I finished a mission with an NPC named Bruce Colterne and didn't accept the next mission cause i warped to a station for some stuff. When i left the station i couldn't warp back to him. It says i need to accept the mission before i can continue. I can't warp straight to him , I can't set a waypoint, i can't see him on the map.

Is this bugged?
How do i get to this guy?

there's option in overview to enable those kind of agents they usually hang around gates

type his name in in game search engine right click on him start convo might work too not sure does it work like that never tried my self

It's best to accept each Epic Arc mission as they're offered, that way they'll be locked into your Journal and always ready for viewing, especially since they never expire. Hell you could be gone for 3 months or longer, come back and pick up right where you left off.

Since the Agent is in space, there should be a Celestial Beacon in the system available for warp in. Another way to find an Agent is to simply write their name in a chat box, highlight it, right click it and use Auto-Select to character. Then open up their info box and look at their location in the Agent info tab. Or you could use 'People and Places' app in the NeoCom Bar to find the Agent.
