Hello pilots,

This is a post to serve as the information center about The Shade Tree. The service will buy certain types of loot for 87% of Jita value. This is meant to aid both explorers and roaming combat (PvP) pilots. This allows them to more easily gain more ISK than is lost if they are caught and killed while roaming New Eden.

Accepted Items:

• Faction Modules
• Deadspace Modules
• Salvage Loot (exploration or salvaging)
• BPCs from exploration

Reasons For Program:

• Not every roaming pilot wants to have to constantly worry about offloading loot
• Having the option to more easily go ISK positive from trips (either exploration or PvP)
• Losses happen and making them sustainable helps (just ship vs loot)
• Not everyone has Accounting and standings to maximize returns @ Jita
• Hauling/travel/time has value (opp. cost)

How To Sell To The Shade Tree:

1. Begin contract creation (either preset sell value to the corp "The Shade Tree" or 0 ISK to the character 'Goron Goron")
2. Determine loot value via Evepraisal (use the more accurate "Total Buy Value" at the bottom of the page)
3. Multiply the loot value by 0.87 subtracted by 0.01 for every jump from a Shade Tree station
4. Complete contract for this value and wait on payment and recap mail

BPCs will be paid at 50% of the buy/build/sell value in Jita with a minimum or 0.5 million ISK paid per BPC.

This post will be further updated and modified in the future. So far the program has run for several months with over 50 billion paid out direct to pilots so far.
