Since it could legitimately be a bug, I have submitted a bug report. So now either they'll get it sorted, or they won't. If they don't then we know it was probably deliberate, either a problem with the skins or some sort of marketing ploy.

ive been looking for that raven wirykomi skin but its gone too not even on market anymore i like that skin so purty :(

So the Garmur skin is finally back up. I bought it. Then I noticed a small problem with it.

It looks great up close. But when you zoom out something strange happens with the black part of the texture. It gets orange racing stripes on the engines. Then the entire black part fades away.

Seriously. I want to know if this is why they pulled it down in the first place, and if so why it was put back up without being fixed.

might have something to do with your LOD setting. on lower levels things are much more likely to pop in/out.

It has nothing to do with the LOD setting, or any other setting as far as I can tell. On max settings or the lowest settings for every graphics option it does the exact same thing. Can anyone else confirm this issue?

I also have this issue and was just told 'file a bug report' basically. They didn't seem terribly interested/concerned.
