Account Ban?

So i logged on this morning to find that both my accounts are under investigation and that there is a perm ban on them... I submitted a support ticket to get more details. My question is, How long will this "investigation" take? and can this be fixed? And if the account does get a perm ban does it delete the toons fully and their assist?

Warnings and Bans are not talked about in the forums. Support tickes are handled by GM's and again not handled via the forums. Thread Closed.
