The issue you are having is for some reason CCP took a mirror from TQ, When that mirror was taken the time you left on your account before your subs were due acted as real account time on SISI

Thus if your account subs on TQ was due to run out at 27/01/2016 then your SISI toon will stop working at this point.

I'm sure most have figured this out already but for those who haven't this is your issues. Still no Fix, Don't grind for a plex either as there is a bug that stops plex's upgrading your account from alpha to omega on sisi.

That sounds very plausible. Since we can only hope that CCP will solve the problem soon.
