toon selecting failure

Goodafternoon,

I tried logging in today on the sisi server after DT tp try some tengu and hecate fittings, but didnt manage to get further than the toon selecting screen. When logged in on the launcher I launched the game, and when at the toon selecting page I can click how many times I'd like but no toon is selected. Could you guys help me fix this please?
