Looking for a character with somewhat decent rorqual skills. Willing to pay between 5b-30b. Needs to be, as I said, somewhat -decent- so prefer jump drive skills already trained along with the basics.

not a rorqual pilot atm but with the Unallocated 2,214,825 it would be easy to get there.

good Jump drive skills due to him being trained for jump Freighters
