Invalid Username or Password attempting to log into Test Server

Both Pookie Mena and Crypt Layer in their respective accounts are inaccessible to the new test server due to username or password issues. I have been working with a corpmate of mine to troubleshoot the issues. We have checked off several problems.


  • Username accuracy verification: Both user names have been confirmed



  • Password accuracy verification: Both current passwords that the account holder is currently using to log on to the original server have been attempted, the user doesn't recall the last password used in the past.


  • We have repeatedly restarted the EVE Online client.
