Disable citadel modules

Proposal.

The modules on citadels like the market should be targetable and reinforced separately to the main structure.

What good gameplay does this add other than making highsec citadels even weaker than their already silly weakness.

this was kept out for a reason... it sucked for outposts it will suck for citadels

Just wondering here, what justification can you give for being able to reinforce a portion of a structure the size of a small city without affecting any other portion of that structure?

Setting aside hacking or whatever mechanic you would propose as the way we could reinforce a module, what game play additions do you see this offering?

And while we are at it just what type of mechanic do you think should be used to allow for reinforcing a module?
