Add a query option to the Container Access Type for corp roles

As of now in order for a member to view the contents of a container in a corp hanger they need to have Hanger Access Query and Container Access Take. However this means they can also take the whole container. There should be a query option for the container section much like there is query/take for the hanger itself.

Why do they even need to be able to look if they can't take.

Generally I'm against anything added to the system that takes away the need for trust
