WTS moscow Miner, born 2008 and has after extraction 5,000,508 SP left and 155,003 SP unlocated.

With Cybernetics 5 and a full +5 Implant set worth more then 500m, he can be a very good SP farmer.
1 normal remap +1 bonus remap is available.

moscow Miner is according to his name a miner and can use Mining Barges and get trained quick into Exhumers.

With more then 1b ISK in injected Skillbooks he is well prepared for future use.

moscow Miner has also some very good NPC standings:
