EvE Gate Character Select Error..

When ever i try to select a different character on EvE Gate i get the standard "An Error Occured" message. Thought it was my phone browser but is still same now i'm on a PC. Interestingly when i change character on the forums the icon changes top left and i can see how many mails / notifications the char has, however when i click on MAIL i am taken to Keno's mail rather than the newly selected char (and the icon top left switches back to Keno).

Ideas? Pirate

Definitely submit a bug report about it.

Also there might be a temp fix for it in the sub-forum 'Issues, Workarounds & Localization'.

I went ahead and moved this thread to Issues, Workarounds & Localization. If you continue to have issues, I would highly recommend filing a bug report or a support ticket.

Am having the same issue. A problem at the moment as I am not able to be logging into the game (working away from home), but know I have mails that need replying to but can't Sad

Hi there!

This is a known issue, to use EVE Gate you will have to undock all characters that are on the account from Citadels or Industrial complexes. If a character on the account is docked in a Citadel or an Industrial complex then unfortunately changing characters or using EVE mail will not work on EVE gate.
