Exporting trade and wallet info to Mac

I have been doing a lot of trading and tried to export some files from my wallet and market to enter into a spreadsheet. I haven't been able to locate the file in my system. Does this function work for Mac, or is it only enabled for PC?

I'm also interested in a downloadable spreadsheet, either Xcel or Googeldocs, that Is good for managing trading. Is there a link that is popular or well known for this type of document?
