I would like to see the return of Cardinal Graelyn.

Since he and I used to have the best discussions.

Not a single tear for Nemo? I am shocked and appalled, and generally emotionally quite neutral.

Shattered heart aside, seeing Verone would be nice.

Mr. Makari! You've been quiet far too long. Check the ARC Galnet services, will you?

Not to get, like, super depressing, but I'd really love to just sit down and chat with all the capsuleers who helped me through nullsec when I was just starting out. I can't remember most of their names anymore. I had a few of them in my contacts, and when I turned 1 year old I sent out personal thank-you mails. I didn't get a single response back. It, like, totally sucked.

But, hey, no sense in looking in the past, I could, like, totally be doing something more cool right now.

Sometimes its probably best to let those who have faded away go.
I once met a capsuleer in a bar, older guy, drunk off his ass, rambling on about how back in his day he was a war hero, insisted on showing everyone his Insignia... frankly I think he was so drunk he didn't even realize he was in an angel station. He stank of vomit and rancid pod goo.
General... General Fyral I think he said his name was.

Anyways, it was a rather pathetic site to behold... his boots fit nicely though.

It is strangely pleasant, these glimmering shadows of our past. There is no profit in regret, but I do miss discussing the 'nature of things' with Mammal Tafren.

TL:DR which Lost Capsuleers would you like to see return?

That question brings wistful feelings in me for some, mixed emotions as to others.

I miss missing former Society members Lady Rin Kalestria, Alexa de'Crux, Lord Rhayle Mordant, Lyn Farel, Constantine Baracca, and Bel Boma who may be far in time and space, but all remain close to my heart.

Ava Starfire, even though we didn't see eye to eye on much, and her far wiser and more even tempered elder Kyllsa Siikanen

Anslo, who beneath his mercurial facade had a heart of gold.

Lady Thgil Goldcore who introduced me to Goldcore wines and low sec operations.

Arkon Sarain with his unbridled optimism.

Sepherim formerly of PIE. A man with a deep spirit.

Duchess Odeyla D'Hanguest who, even if i usually disagreed, had a way of making me re-examine things.

Jude Kopenhagen who was a good listener and had.. an interesting range of talents.

Garnet Grey and Dori Olacar of PIE. Good pilots and good conversationalists.

I would trade everything I have gained and everything I will gain to bring back Amarr Citizen 1305350404.

Someday, I will. But I know it will not be enough.

Aside from that the whole Electus Matari alliance. Is it so wrong I want my heros to return?

Treasure the memory of them. Don't wish for meeting them, lest you want that tarnished.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Its not so much I'd wish to fly with/meet them (I would in a heart beat, but doubt I would be at their level). Just more so looking for the group I strived to be like to give me more to work towards becoming. Im far from my goals anyways but I would rather work under increasing goals than static ones.

Odd.

I miss not a individual, but an organization. Without their efforts Ishukone-Raata would not be where we are today. The Intaki Security and Intelligence [KISEC], organizations of their standards are in few numbers presently. Your legacy lives on.

Sounds like a group I would be interested in meeting. Too bad I never got the chance.

Thinking further, I would add Jude Kopenhagen and Tiberious Thessalonia to my list. I also tended to lump Ava and Kyllsa together, so by default I would like to see both.

I, too, wish for the return of Anslo. He had nice hair and a witty retort for everything....

  • Stormcrows, Kohiko Sun in particular - If I wasn't such a pacifist, I might have joined them.
  • Anslo - As much as we personally didn't get along in the end, as far as I can tell he seemed to be making a positive contribution to the cluster overall.
  • Tiberious Thessalonia - How many would try to help someone on the other side of a heated argument, that accused you of slander, save face? Now I know he's gone to, I miss his voice of reason.

Flew with Anslo waaaay back before he became a 'thing'. Have to admit he had balls even then. No doubts or hesitation throwing his Carrier around anywhere. Given that the two of us rub each other very much the wrong way, I can not say I miss him. We are simply incompatible creatures and New Eden becomes so very small when you're a capsuleer. Too 'edgy' for me.

That said, credit where credit's due, he did become something far more than I had him pegged for. Vastly surpassed my expectations. There should be a word for people who's accomplishments you respect, but just don't want to deal with yourself.
