Yes, you read it right. I'm trying to remove my bombs on my Nemesis from my T2 Bomb Launcher that holds 4x bombs. Those 4x bombs takes 300 m3 space in total.

Nothing is wrong here when it's about that. But when i'm being forced to remove those bombs to my cargohold no matter what, even when i'm dragging the bombs over to my 'Item Hangar' in station, i'm ending up in problems.

Yes, like i said, those 4x bombs that are in my T2 Bomb Launcher takes 300 m3. But the issue is that my cargo space on my Nemesis is 270 m3. So i'm not allowed to remove my bombs from my T2 Bomb Launcher at all because of that.

Here is the message i get when i try to remove the bombs into my 'Item Hangar' in station: 300,00 cargo units would be required to complete this operation. Destination container only has 270,00 units available. That means it's trying to force it into the cargohold of my Nemesis no matter what.

So that means that i have 3 choices to fix this.

1. Buy an Expanded Cargohold II (which cost 123 mill isk where i'am atm so that's not happening) and put it on the ship and then unload the bombs.
2. Repackage the whole ship and lose all of the rigs.
3. Undock and waste one bomb, just so i can unload 3x bombs instead of 4 so they can fit into my cargohold. And then go over the same thing again next time you load the T2 Bomb Launcher with 4x bombs.

My question is. Why not let us remove the ammo / bombs and so on from the launchers or guns directly to the 'Item Hangar' in station when we are manually dragging it over to the 'Item Hangar' there?

It's fine that it gets forced to the cargohold if you just press the 'Remove Charge' on the launchers. But when i'm directly moving it over from the launchers / guns to the 'Item Hangar' in station, then it should be removed there.

CCP, explain why you have to make this so hard?

P.S. Not sure if this is an intended feature or an issue. So i'm placing it here. Just move it if you feels it should be placed in another forum section.

You should be able to remove ammo/charges from guns/launchers via the Fitting Window if you are in a Station and when doing so they should end up in the 'Item Hangar'. Should work for bombs too ... I think.

That's exactly what i have been doing. But it doesn't work that way for bombs. It's the same with the Torps in my Torpedo Launchers to (just tested it). They are forced into the cargohold .
