Need Help, Fresh Start, Would Selling Be Worthwhile?

Hi,

I am looking for a fresh start, this character has nothing he can do that I am interested in. I have come back after a long break and I am fed up with this char and just wanna buy a char that can do things already. Seeing as I am fed up with this char, would I get much for him? Would I get enough for another char who can do much more, say incursions.

Interests of mine:

jump freightering
incursions
high level missions

seeing as I cannot do that, would selling this char be able to get me a char that can do any of them?
What is the best thing that I can do?

Hi

If u get lucky you can sell this toon for 3b. That being said, you lose 2b (2 plex) for the cost of transferring your toon to the buyer's account. This will leave you with 1 bil. And you can literally do nothing with 1b.

So you would better keep this toon and carefully decide what to train him for next. I can give you some more advice about how to proceed with your eve courier but I am in dark about ur assets and capabilities in eve such as number of alts, current capital and ships.
