What I propose is the removal of tractor beams from the 'Electronics and Sensor Upgrades' listing and moving them to the 'Harvest Equipment' listing. I would also like to see the 'Drone Upgrades' listing moved into the 'Drones' listing, considering how 'Weapons Upgrades' is listed under 'Turrets and Bays' it only makes sense that the drone equivalent be placed similarly.
