Any new Android apps using ESI in the works?

Hi all, does anyone know if there are any new apps for Android phones coming out using CCPs new ESI API?

Really I am looking for any application that lets me send and view eve mails on my phone. Would love to use Eve Portal but it requires Android 5 and up, I am still on kit kat.

Does anyone know if there is any app in the pipework?
