I am looking for an INCURSION SUBCAP PVP pilot

I do not want a LOGI pilot, but rather turret based character with the following characteristics:
positive wallet
empire location
battleship - level 5
battlecruiser - level 5
cruiser - level 5
tech 2 tank
tech 2 small/medium/large turret or torpedo/ham/heavy missile

BUDGET: 20 billion isk
